Sam McCarthy

Whatever Sam is doing, odds are he’s probably singing while doing it! Music and vocal performance have always been an integral part of Sam’s life - he grew up taking piano lessons and sang in his high school choir. Sam then went on to get his degree in Music at Santa Clara University, where he sang in choir and in the campus a cappella group Supertonic! Notable performances include singing the national anthem at a Golden State Warriors game and opening for Hall & Oates with Supertonic. When Sam isn’t singing with Impulse A Cappella, he’s working on his own music - he released an EP last year entitled Initiation and will be putting out singles throughout 2023. Sam is excited for what the future holds with Impulse A Cappella and can’t wait to keep singing with this group!
